They included no efforts to improve Russian society. Peter III’s actions were considered unreasonable. If the album flowed better (and if "Disturbia" and "If I Never See Your Face Again" were included on the original album) then this album would've definitely placed higher. The reason for its placement is that the album's flow is super hyped, then very slow. Offering pop goodies like "Umbrella" and "Don't Stop the Music", this album also features "Rehab", one of my favorite songs by her.
